It’s packed with healthy fruits like mango, apple, and pineapple. And it has just a wee bit ‘o kale for a nice green, healthy kick (don’t worry, you can’t even taste it).
It’ll only set you back 123 calories too, and has just half a gram of fat and 4 grams of fiber.

Ingredients: St. Patrick’s Day Green Smoothie Recipe
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 apple
- 1 cup kale
- 1/4 cup pineapple
- 4 cups of water
Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender (I use a Vitamix). Blend on high for 30 seconds and serve.
