Pineapple is one of my favorite fruits to put in smoothies. For this smoothie recipe, I combined pineapple with some organic frozen strawberries, a banana, ice, and water. I also throw in some type of greens in all my smoothies. I put spinach in this one, but you can always leave it out.
This smoothie provides a nice boost of energy to start your day or is great after a workout. It’s high in vitamin C and fiber too, which is an added bonus. And, it’s made from all-natural stuff … just good old fashioned fruits and vegetables.
