So most of you know by now that I have a healthy smoothie pretty much every morning. This mixed berry smoothie recipe is one of my “go-to” drinks.
It’s pretty simple too. Grab yourself a bag of frozen strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries (preferably organic), and you’re all set. I always throw in a handful of greens in mine, but you don’t have to.
You can make this mixed berry smoothie recipe in a food processor or blender. I use my Vitamix … which I highly recommend getting, by the way.
