For this healthy smoothie recipe I used four different fruits and veggies (banana, cucumber, raspberries, carrot). All have unique health benefits and combined they form a nutritional powerhouse smoothie.
This Banana, Cucumber, Carrot & Raspberry Smoothie Recipe is low in calories, high in fiber, and is a great source of energy first thing in the morning. I also like to throw in a scoop of pea protein and drink this as a post-workout shake.
The following recipe makes two servings, but if this is all you’re having for breakfast, don’t feel bad about drinking both servings (still only 272 calories). I also like to drink one of the servings when I wake up with my eggs and sip on the other one on the way to work.
