Drinking smoothies every day can get old, especially when you drink the same ones over and over. That’s why I like to mix it up and try new flavors. And this apple cinnamon cucumber smoothie recipe turned out pretty awesome.
Apples are high in fiber and antioxidants and have a number of health benefits. Cucumbers are a nutrient-dense vegetable that’s low in calories. And cinnamon has a number of health benefits too. It may even help reduce your blood sugar levels.
I like to add a handful of greens to all my smoothies, so I tossed some spinach into mine.
Here’s the apple cinnamon cucumber smoothie recipe. Let me know what you think!
