I saw this picture via my Tumblr radar. It is cool and creative to create such a picture, isn’t it? I love such kind of “a picture is worth a thousand words” image!

At my Uni, there is a fact that not all members of the team really work as the beautiful term “Team Work”, just some members work on the project. Therefore, the active ones will get one more task beside the primary tasks of the project:  to carry the non-walking members with them.

On the other hand, if all members of the team all work on the project, anyone can see and feel the beautiful benefits of team working: it helps us make things that a single person may not overcome, and much more!
